Shopping online isn’t a way around being asked for ID.

Because of the nature of the products we carry, every parcel we ship uses Canada Post’s age verification service. If you can’t provide them with ID that proves you’re of legal age in your province, they won’t give it to you, and then they’ll send it back to us. In the event this happens, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items returned to us this way are subject to a 75% restocking fee. Yes, seventy-five percent.

For in-store pickup orders: The name on your order must match the name on ID provided, no exceptions. In the event that you are unable to claim your pickup order yourself, it will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
